Holcim Indonesia is a part of Holcim International as producer of cement, ready mixed concrete and aggregates for building and construction solutions.

Holcim Indonesia Career ProgramHolcim Indonesia operates two plants, at Narogong, West Java, and Cilacap, Central Java, and a cement grinding station at Ciwandan, Banten. A third cement plant in Tuban, East Java, is scheduled to begin operations in 2013. Cement production annual capacity is currently at 8.3 million tonnes, with the Tuban Plant in East Java bringing us to 10 million tonnes by 2013

Sales Representative Officer
The candidate will be based in Cirebon

Scope of Work:
  • To maintain and grow RMC, cement and aggregate sales at a profitable rate for according to selling budget.
  • To provide support to regional sales activities relating to marketing in area.
Education:
  • University degree from any discipline, preferably civil engineering, architecture and management
Other qualification / skills:
  • Minimum 1year experience in similar industry
  • Good command in English both oral & written
  • Knowledge of cement product, concrete technology and materials will be an advantag
  • Excellent people skills (able to deal) with wide variety of people and able to deal with unhappy customers
  • Selling and negotiation skills
  • Flexible and friendly in nature
  • Result oriented, yet team player
  • Problem solving skill
  • Customer service excellence
  • Report writing skill

Key Account Inter Island
The candidates will be based in Riau

Responsibilities:
  • As Interisland Jr. Key Account, the incumbent will assume full responsibility for all commercial functions of the operation in the assigned area. Tasks will include but not limited to :
  • Implementation of sales plan and initiate corrective actions to assure sales performance is within planned performance.
  • Coordinate with supporting function for product availability and on time delivery.
  • Develop the present and future markets and the prices for Inter Island Customers.
  • Lead negotiations with current and potential customers/distributors according to authority given.
  • Create, deliver, and communicate value proposition by provide excellent customer services in order to build up a very strong customer relationship.
  • Assure & control account folders, credit limits and payments.
  • Provide regular report of performance, development and activities in the assigned area.
Requirements:
  • Experience as civil engineer, construction material technician or other technical experience in the construction business
  • Experience in sales and/or application consulting in the construction business or construction material supply or in a similar industrial sector
  • Customer orientation - Service and sales oriented
  • Cost and Result orientation
  • Excellent communication skill - Good listener who is able to adjust to individual communication styles and partners, convincing and powerful assertiveness, good negotiation and consulting abilities
  • Team work - Able to work with and in a multicultural team
  • Self-starter & self motivated
  • Able to maintain professional interaction with customers
  • Knowledge of the local market or connections to regional construction businesses would be an asset
  • Willing to Travel across country
  • Proficient with Ms.Office(Excel & Word, PowerPoint)
